An overview of how The Caley’s Grow & Learn awards help people to develop, grow and reach their full potential. Discover what makes Grow & Learn so unique and inclusive to all. Learn how we recognise and celebrate achievement and hear personal stories of how Grow & Learn has made a difference to the people involved.
Our speaker is our very own Grow & Learn Development Officer, Jean Gavin. Since 2014, Jean has been involved in the development of The Caley’s Grow & Learn award, in particular designing a stage 2 to Grow & Learn and also developing our new award, Grow & Learn in Nature. Jean’s role is to manage all aspects of the development of Grow & Learn, in particular ensuring we provide an inclusive learning opportunity for everyone involved.
