Lecture- 6th November.
Jim Jermyn, National Trust for Scotland “Branklyn: a contemporary look at the Renton legacy“
Jim Jermyn is well-known to Caley members. An experienced horticulturist and lecturer, he is the Property Manager of Branklyn Garden, a 2 acre hillside garden in Perth. The garden was created in the 1920’s by John and Dorothy Renton.
Jim has followed their tradition of growing rare and unusual plants but has imaginatively reconstructed and updated some features of the garden.
Caley talks are free to members and students (just show your student card). Guests are very welcome. All we ask is that you make a small donation to The Caley at the door.
