Caley Biochar trial beds at the Botanics

If you have been reading the blog regularly you will know that the Caley is taking part in the Biochar growing pilot.  We have two beds in the Black & Green tunnels at Whitmuir Farm, two beds at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh as well as a bed at the allotment

The picture above shows the two beds at Botanics.  There is a slight difference between the two beds – but this is more likley to be due to the proximity to the hedge rather than the biochar!
