Hidden Horticultural Delights from North South Africa: Kobus Stander

Kobus is, quite simply passionate about propagation.  He has a decade of experience in growing hardy ornamental nursery plants and is currently managing propagation for Alba Trees and, on his day off, for the Caley at Saughton!

Born and raised in South Africa where he spent most of his life in the Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces. After years of being a head chef in South Arica and New Zealand he moved to Scotland to retrain in Horticulture. This talk will focus on his homeland – South Africa.
