The Edible Garden – Recycling Organic Matter

This workshop will concentrate on recycling organic matter. We will talk through making compost; getting the mix right; hot and cold composting; tumblers; wormeries; bokashi; making leafmould, choosing soil improvers and mulching.

We will be indoors for the bulk of this class, in the McHattie Room at Saughton Park. The class will run from 10am – 12noon.
