Oh dear!

The best laid schemes and all that.   Yesterday I spoke about the problems with ‘ Breezes loud and shrill.’  This morning I awoke to a view of strewn pots and broken stems

Yesterday I took time to stake all the pots as the foliage and flower stems were getting drawn and lank because I had them in the shade and packed together. But I decided to space the pots out a bit and give them more light!! What a disaster.
Today will be mainly an damage limitation process as there are winds of 40mph forecast for sunny Joppa.  The pots will be stood closer together for the duration of the gales and then spaced out later.

Note to self,
Keep a close eye on the forecast
