A cold and snowy Allotment

Thursday was a bitterly cold day with snow on the ground so not a day for doing any work on the allotment. Some of the hardier volunteers went out to check all was well, but only on a quick visit.

We volunteers take a break now over the festive season and will take up the tools again in the middle of January, weather permitting.

We wish all our readers a warm and merry Christmas and happy growing in the New Year.
