Plants for a Woodland Garden – Jim Jermyn.

For many years, both as a nurseryman and in taking responsibility for Branklyn Garden, woodland plants have been an integral part of Jim’s gardening philosophy. His talk will cover how understanding the behaviour and requirements of these plants in nature can prove to be very beneficial.

He will also tell us how managing a collection of woodland plants within a garden setting has proved challenging but very rewarding. You might even pick up a few tips for your own garden.

Jim is currently Property Manager/Head Gardener at Branklyn Garden in Perth and is also a member of The Caley Council, serving as a Vice President.

Jim is also known to many as a nurseryman, most notably at Edrom Nurseries.
